Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, umesota was helT on the
23thday of February , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt, Fleils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were sent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-119
TAXICAB DRIVERS' LICENSE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has received Taxicab Driver's License appli-
cations from the following persons, in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 8, of the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following persons be granted Taxicab
Driver's Licenses for a period to expire December 31, 1977.

Irving John Luftman
Thomas Osgood Kirk
