Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
28th day of February , 1977 - The following members were
Present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were sent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-116
APPROVING DISBURSEMENTS FOR PERIOD
ENDING FEBRUARY 15, 1977
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending February 15, 1977 was
presented to the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the payments of the list of disbursements for the following
funds is approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund $ 315,185.83
Construction Fund 18,408.92
Plymouth State Bank
Water Fund 29,690.90
Sewer Fund 143,312.06
First National Bank of Minneapolis
Special Assessment Fund 288,568.14
GRAND TOTAL ALL FUNDS $ 794,165.85
Above totals for the period ending February 15, 1977
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vo in favor the Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt Neils
ine owing voted against or stain:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
