Pursuant to due ..all and notice thereof, a��s ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Ku—mesota was held on the
28th day of February , 19 77, The following members were

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-113
BOND RELEASE IMPERIAL HILLS ANNEX
WHEREAS, Ecklund-Swedlund Homebuilders, Inc., as developers, have platted and
developed Imperial Hills Annex pursuant to certain provisions of the City Ordinances
and development contract No. A-131, dated May 6, 1974 and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed the requirements of said development contract
for which a performance bond was furnished the City,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: that the Bond No. B211004 furnished by Wolverine Bond Company, Battle
Creek,Michigan with the present amount of $10,800.00 is hereby reduced to $0.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vote in avor thereof: Mayor Hilde_ CouncilmAn Hunt_ Neils,
a,= LV.L&0JLng voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass adopted.
