The following members were present: Mayor HildeCouncilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members, were sent: NnnP AAA •AA RAR Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #77-112 APPROVING REDUCTION IN LANDSCAPE BOND FOR NORTHWESTERN BELL DATA CENTER (A-406) WHEREAS, Northwestern Bell has requested a reduction of the bond covering landscaping improvements for their Data Center located at the northeast corner of Nathan Lane and 49th Avenue North; AND, WHEREAS, Staff has inspected said landscaping and recommends reduction of the bond from $263,515 to $65,000; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the reduction of the landscape bond for the Northwestern Bell Data Center located at the northeast corner of Nathan Lane and 49th Avenue North from $263,515 to $65,000. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was 4uly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing vote rn avorereof: Mayor Hilda—Councilman Hunt.
