Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 77-111
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 704 KREATZ HIGHVIEW ACRES SIXTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 8. 1976 a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, RDsene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference
to the improvement of Fountain Lane from 18th Avenue to the cul-de-sac approximately
625 feet north thereof by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, bituminous
street restoration and also the construction of sanitary sewer, water main and all
necessary appurtenances from Dunkirk Lane to Fountain Lane at approximately 19th
Avenue and this report was received by the Council on February 28, 1977,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the
report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost
of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement
Of $ 70,316.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 21st day of
March, 1977 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building,
14900 23rd Avenue North and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of
such hearing and improvement as required by law,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was &jly seconded
by Councilman S aeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
