Special Council Meeting
August 4, 2020
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on August 4, 2020.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Carroll, McGregor, Roehl, Davis, and Prom.
(Councilmember Willis participated remotely per State Statute 13D.021).
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Administrative Services Director Hokkanen, Economic
Development Director Parr, Community Development Director Juetten, Parks and Recreation Director
Evans, City Engineer La Bounty, Public Works Director Thompson, and Public Safety Director Goldstein.
Update on Highway 55/I-494 Redevelopment
Council received an update/presentation from developer Inland Development Partners for a
redevelopment project for property at the southeast corner of the 1-494/Highway 55 intersection.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 7:50 p.m.
