Special Council Meeting
August 18, 2020
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on August 18, 2020.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Carroll, McGregor, Roehl, Davis, and Prom.
(Councilmembers Willis, Roehl, and Prom participated remotely per State Statute 13D.021).
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Administrative Services Director Hokkanen, Community
Development Director Juetten, Public Works Director Thompson, Human Resources Manager Kone,
Financial Manager Bursheim, Supervising Accountant McMackins, Facilities and Fleet Manager Hanson,
Parks and Recreation Director Evans, City Engineer La Bounty, Parks and Forestry Manager Brunelle,
Creek Center Manager Riley, HRA Manager Barnes, Streets and Utilities Manager Paumen, Recreation
Manager Hemp, Building Official Jenkins, Historical Site Manager Coffman, Deputy Director of Parks and
Recreation Northway, and City Clerk Engdahl.
Annual Financial Overview
City Manager Callister provided the annual Financial Overview.
2021 General Fund Budget and 2021-2030 Capital Improvement Plan
Staff presented the preliminary 2021 general fund budget and the 2021-2030 Capital Improvement Plan.
Council stated they would continue the discussion on the 2021 general fund budget on August 25 at
5:30 p.m.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 9:10 p.m.
