P:,-•suant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnesota was held on the
27th day of February 19 77. The following members were

Cisouncilman taunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-103
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
49TH AVENUE NORTH
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of 49th Avenue North east from
Larch Lane by the construction of 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb
and gutter, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer and all necessary
appurtenances, filed with the Council on February 28, 1977 is hereby declared
to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby.
This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to McCombs -Knutson Associates, Inc. and he is
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement of 49th
Avenue North east from Larch Lane to Zachary Lane is feasible and as to whether
it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman S aeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol��wing vote i— ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Snagth
owing voted against RRX0 1" : Councilmen Hunt andSeibold
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
