Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, AM sots was a on the
28th day of February , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Counci men Hunt—, -Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following memoers were absent. None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-102
AUTHORIZING DREDGING WORK ON POND
PROJECT NO. 116 PINETREE POND
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has undertaken Project No. 116, Pinetree Pond
Storm Sewer Project, and
WHEREAS, several of the residents residing on the "middle pond" of the Pinetree
Pond series have voiced their concern relative to the proposed normal water
elevation of the pond, and
WHEREAS, these residents are concerned that the middle pond will riot have as
much water in it at certain times during -the year because of the proposed
storm sewer outlet for the series of ponds, and
WHEREAS, it appears in the best interests of the citizens and the City of Plymouth,
that some dredging work be done on the middle pond,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Engineer is authorized to prepare a change.order in order to
accomplish the dredging of the east shore line of said middle pond of the Pinetree
Pond series and present this to the City Council at a later meeting.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman S aeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vot in avor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils.
