APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR MISSION HILLS PARK ADDITION--MINESMA HMS
(A-338)
WHEREAS, Minnesota Homes has requested a consolidation and division of existing platted
parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PL
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following division and cons®li-
dation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary sial assess-
ment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation ad division are
approved by Hennepin County:
