Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aspecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, , esota was held on the
28th day of February 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor i e,ounce men Hunt, -Veils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION #77-100
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR DANIEL FAZENDIN (A-716)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Daniel Fazendin by Resolution
07 -
NOW,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Payment of $150 Park Dedication Fee for the newly created lot prior to
building permit issuance.
2. Water and sewer extensions and stubs to be installed at owner's expense.
3. Water and Sewer REC's and Water Area Assessment of $500 shall Le paid with
the building permit fee.
4. In lieu of lateral assessments, petitioner shall extend water and sewer
laterals at existing sizes from their current location to his property
line. Such extension shall be totally at petitioner's expense.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byand upon vote being taken thereon, the
