CITY OF PLYMOM
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of P`_ymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 28th day of
Fe -uary , 19 77. The following members ware present:
P yor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
were absent: None

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-99
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR DANIEL FAZENDIN AT 11TH AVENUE NORTH EAST OF HADLEY LAKE
(A-716)
WHEREAS, Daniel Fazendin has requested a lot division of unplatted property within
the City of Plymouth;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following lot division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat 43731 Parcel 1410
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of the North half of the Northwest quarter of Section 31, Township 118
North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows: Commencing
at a point on the North line of said Northwest quarter distant 802.56 feet West
from the Northeast corner of said Northwest quarter; thence on an assumed bearing
of North and parallel with the East line of Government Lot 5, Section 30, Township
118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, a distance of 660 feet;
thence South 66 degrees 29 minutes West a distance of 46.2 feet; thence South 70
degrees 54 minutes West a distance of 661.32 feet; thence South 75 degrees 29 minutes
West a distance of 504.9 feet; thence South 8 degrees 42 minutes East a distance of
500.28 feet; thence South 32 degrees 7 minutes East a distance of 351.12 feet to
the point of beginning of a line hereinafter referred to as "Line A"; thence South
17 degrees 7 minutes East to a point on the South line of said North half of the North-
west quarter, and said'"Line A" there ending, said point being the point of beginning
of the property being described; thence Easterly along said South line to its inter-
section with the West line of the East 802.56 feet of said North half of the Northwest
quarter; thence Northerly along said West line of the East 802.56 feet to its inter-
section with the North line of the South 460 feet of said North half of the Northwest
quarter; thence Westerly along said North line of the South 460 feet a distance of
333.75 feet; thence deflecting left 59 degrees 35 minutes a distance of 295 feet;
thence deflecting left 20 degrees 18 minutes to said "Line A"; thence South 17 degrees
7 minutes East to the point of beginning, EXCEPT that part of the West 262 feet of
the East 1064.56 feet of said North half of the Northwest quarter lying Southerly of

the Westerly extension of the Southerly right-of-way line of 11th Avenue North as
shown on the plat of Hadley Hills, according to the recorded plat thereof.
Parcel B
That part of the West 262 feet of the East 1064.56 feet of the North half of the North-
west quarter of Section 31, Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal
Meridian, lying Southerly of the Westerly extension of the Southerly right -of -wady
line of 11th Avenue North as shown on the plat of Hadley Hills, according to the recorded
plat thereof.
