Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
. RESOLUTION NO. 77-98
AUTHORIZING DESIGN DEVELOPMENT OF CITY HALL
WHEREAS, the City entered into an Architectural Services Agreement with the
firm of Thorsen and Thorshov Associates, Inc. dated September 21, 1976, and
WHEREAS, the architects have pursuant to that agreement prepared and the City
Council approved a schematic design for the new Plymouth City Hall, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that the architects be retained to continue
the planning and designing of the City Hall;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA that the City Council extends the contract entered
into between the City and the firm of Thorsen and Thorshov Associates, Inc.
dated September 21, 1976 and hereby authorizes and directs said firm to continue
working on this project in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol g —voted In favor ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth.
