Seibold and Spaeth The following members were went: Councilman Neils Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77-92 RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT 6TH, AVENUE, 8TH AVENUE AND NATHAN LANE WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October 18, 1976, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of 6th Avenue from CSAH 18 Service Drive to Nathan Lane, 8th Avenue from CSAH 18 Service Drive to Nathan Lane and Nathan Lane from 10th Avenue to 6th Avenue by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, curb and gutterstormsewer, and 9 ton design bituminous streets, and this report was received by the Council on January 31, 1977, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ 341,310.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 21st day of March 1977 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North and the clerk 'shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
