SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR RAUENHORST CORPORATION (,A-692)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Rauenhorst Corporation by
Resolution #77- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
I. Provision of a 6 ft. utility and drainage easement along the south line
of Parcel A and the north line of Parcel B as proposed.
2. Access from Parcels A and B to Niagara Lane shall be only by a single,
shared curb cut at the comm property line, not to exceed 30 ft.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Gpnnrj Imag and upon vote being taken thereon, the
