Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s . 1 meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was e d on the
14th day of Febr�u r 19 77 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hi eld Councilmen Hunt Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Neils

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-88
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "CIMARRON PONDS ADDITION" FOR
CENTURION COMPANY (A-208)
WHEREAS, Centurion Company has requested approval of the final plat for "Cimarron
Ponds Addition, a plat for 18 single family dwellings,detzched,and 98 single family
dwellings,attached, and Outlots A, B, and C located at the northwest corner of
the Luce Line Trail and Vicksburg Lane;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Centurion Company
for final plat for "Cimarron Ponds Addition", a plat for 18 single family dwellings,
detached, and 98 single family dwellings, attached, and Outlots A, B, and C located
at the northwest corner of the Luce Line Trail and Vicksburg Lane.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favar thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt.
