CITY OF PLYMDUIH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, umesota was held on the 14th day of February 1977 . The following members were Present: Myor Hi,Ide. Councilmen Hunt Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilman Neils 7t*!! ftA'!t Rtfk Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its a Pti.on: RESOLUTION #77-87 SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR PAUL KANDUTH (A-713) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Paul Kanduth by Resolution #77 - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of said lot division: 1. Payment of Park Dedication Fee of $150 for newly created lot be paid to the City. 2. Easement for 7 ft. additional right-of-way on 36th Avenue North (to a total frontage of 40 ft. from the center line) over the frontage of Parcel B be granted to the City of Plymouth prior to filing of the lot division. 3. Prohibition of direct driveway access to Zachary Lane and 36th Avenue North from Parcel A. FURTHER, that the following variances be granted: 1. Lot frontage on Parcel B from 110 ft. to 108.5 ft. 2. Structure setback from 15 ft. to 3.1 ft. (existing greenhouse) and 3.4 ft. (existing barn) on Parcel A.
