HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1977-086• CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of February , 19 77. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: rnunrilman Nair Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #77-86 APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR PAUL KANDUTH (A-713) WHEREAS, Paul Kanduth, 11020 -36th Avenue North, Plymouth, has requested a division of an unplatted parcel within the City of Plymouth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the following division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County: Plat 43713 Parcel 2810 Description: The West 191 rods of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County; except- ing roadway. To be divided into two new parcels as follows: Parcel A The West Half of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, except the East 8.25 feet thereof and except the West 108.5 feet of the East 116.75 feet of the South 175 feet of said West Half of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter. Subject to road easement over the West 30 feet and the South 33 feet thereof. Parcel B The West 108.5 feet of the East 116.75 feet of the South 175 feet of the West Half of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, all in Section 13, Township 118, Range 22. Subject to road easement over the South 33 feet thereof.
