The following members were present:Seibold and 5 aeth The following members were sent: Councilman Neils Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 77-85 APPROVING PUBLIC INFORMATION PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Manager in his report dated February 14, 1977 outlined a public information program as formulated by the Public Information Advisory Committee, and WHEREAS, the estimated budget for this effort is estimated not to exceed $6,900, and WHEREAS,, the Council has reviewed such budget and agrees with its direction; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Council approves the public information program 10 as contained in the Manager's memorandum of February 14 and authorizes the expenditure of not more than $6,900 for said purposes chargeable to Project 703. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the following votedunfavor ereof: Mayor Hilde.
