Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ sped I meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was Fe—Mon the
14th day of February , 19 77. The following members were
present: Mayor Hie, ounci men Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth

�ouncjlmop Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-84
AUTHORIZING GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND ELECTION
FOR DEVELOPMENT OF CENTRAL PARK
WHEREAS, the City Manager in his report dated February 14, 1977 dealing with
Central Park financing has recommended that the construction of the Central
Park be financed through the sale of general obligation bonds in the principal
amount of $4,560,000, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed schedules dealing with the debt service
planning for such a bond issue as well as the effects of such a bond issue
on the property taxes of Plymouth citizens;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Manager be authorized and directed to
proceed with the scheduling of a general obligation bond election for
Tuesday, April 19, 1977 in the principal amount of $4,500,000 for the
purposes of the development of the proposed Central Park as heretofore
approved by this Council.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by �ibo�l�_ and upon vote being taken hereon, the
fol owing vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Lunt, Seibold
