Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was held on the
7th day of February , 1977 . The following members were

Councilman Speath introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77 -79
AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR PROJECT S.P. 2723-50 T.H. 55/C.R. 73/SOUTH SHORE DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation (previously Minnesota Highway
Department) and the City of Plymouth have entered into a cooperative agreement
for Project S.P. 2723-50 Agreement No. 2723-50 (T.H. 55 = 188); and
WHEREAS, said project has been completed and the Department of Transportation
has submitted its final costs and
WHEREAS, the final costs to the City of Plymouth are:
Roadway $ 9,307.65
Sewer (Sanitary
& Storm) $24,456.32
Water $ 1,425.00
Contg., eng. etc. $ 5,944.62
$41,133.59
WHEREAS, the City has previously paid to the Department of Transportation
$34,351.89
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Director is authorized to make final payment to the
Department of Transportation in the amount of $6,781.70, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the final cost distribution shall be:
MSA Account $10,880.00
Sewer Account $28,587.83
Water Account $ 1,665.76
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following- voted an favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
