Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-74
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
PLAT 43740 PARCEL 1553
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the property at 2800 East
Medicine Lake Boulevard (legally described as Lots 7 and 36, Auditor's Subdivision
No. 333, Plat 43740 Parcel 1553) by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main,
bituminous streets with curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances, filed
with the Council on February 7, 1977 is hereby declared to be signed by the
required percentage of property owners affected thereby. This declaration is
made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
t. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc.
and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising
the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
-and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some
other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote G be' takyn thpreyn, tl

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
