Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular electing of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, i esota was held on the
107th day of February , 19 77. Thi following members were
present: Mayor Hunt -7 -Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its a ption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-73
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
PROPOSED APPLECREST ADDITION
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the proposed Applecrest Addition
(legally described as Lots 4 and 5, Wayzata Farmsteads Addition) by the installation
of sanitary sewer, water main, bituminous streets with curb and gutter and all
necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on the 7th day of February, 1977
is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property
affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes
Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc.
and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising
the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement fs feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some
other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byCouncilman Neils , and upon vote being talo thereon. the
