P:;rsuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Pffiresota was held on the
. 7th day of February , 1977 The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 71
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR STANDARD OIL STATION AT NE CORNER OF SOUTH SHORE
DRIVE AND HIGHWAY 55 (A-385)
WHEREAS, Standard Oil Co. has requested a site plan amendment to add one bay.to its
station located at the northeast corner of South Shore Drive and Highway 55;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Standard Oil Co.
for a site plan amendment to add one bay to its station located at the northeast corner
of South Shore Drive and Highway 55 subject to the following conditions:
1. Introduction of a 15 ft. green space and boulevard trees on 20 ft. centers,
. where feasible, aroung the site perimeter and delineation of eight (8)
parking spaces on the site. Detailed plans for this work shall be submitted
to and approved by the Director of Planning and Community Development prior
to building permit issuance.
2. Provision of a one-year bond guaranteeing said landscape improvements to
150% of the cost estimate of said improvements to be provided the City
prior to building permit issuance.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by �Cg c' an Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in�avor� Wereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Me T0110wing voted against or abstained: Nonp
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and W-pted.
