The following members were Present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following members were sent: _None RR* *RR *RR Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 77- 70 PONDEROSA POND WORK WHEREAS, incorporated into the City's Storm Drainage Plan is Pond GLP-5 located on the east side of Garland Lane in the Ponderosa Addition, and WHEREAS, it is necessary to periodically maintain these ponds by removing certain silts, dirt, etc. which has been carried into the ponds by storm water runoff, and WHEREAS, for this purpose of maintenance, the City Council has budgeted certain monies under 101-172-810 in the Street Department, and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has estimated the cost to be $6,800.00 to perform the maintetrance on Pond GLP-5 as outlined in his memo #77-30 dated February 3, 1977, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the City Engineer is hereby autborized to perform the maintenance to Pond GLP-5 on the east side of Garland Lane in the Ponderosa Addition in the estimated amount of $6,800.00 as outlined in the City Engineer's Memo #77-30 dated February 3, 1977.
