Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a. special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was held on the
31st day of January , 19 77, The following members were
Present: Mayor Hilde Counci men Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were sent: None
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its ption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-68
ADOPTING MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR
CENTRAL PARK IN DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Park and Recreation Advisory Commission, with the
assistance of staff and the firm of Wehrman, Chapman and Associates, has
prepared the Master Development Plan for Central Park for the City of
Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has held a Public
Information Meeting on said plan and has recomme.tded its adoption;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does adopt said Master
Development Plan for Central Park, dated January 17, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon the
following vote in avor t ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
