The following members were present: Mayon Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth . The following members were sent: Nene RRR RRR tt: Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its tion: RESOLUTION NO. 77-67 RECEIVING REPORT PONDING REQUIREMENTS FOR DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted December 20, 1976, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of Pond BCP -8 as shown the City's Storm Drainage Plan dated March 1973 relative to storage capacities and outlet control structure and said report was received by the Council on January 31, 1977 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ 157,865.00. 2.. That this report shall be incorporated in with the previously ordered and received report for the Downtown Plymouth Area.
