Action Requested: The Mayor provides instructions for the public to observe the meeting by phone or online. 2. Background: Council meetings will be conducted virtually (via Zoom webinar/conference call) due to the state of local emergency for the COVID 19 pandemic. Council will be conducting a study session at 5:30 p.m. and a regular meeting at 7 p.m. To observe/listen to one or both meetings, please register in advance at: https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_MLfbEDu6S-KvJpxhIiOyaA No public comments are taken at study sessions. Comments can be emailed to the Mayor and City Council at council@plymouthmn.gov or to the City Manager at dcallister@plymouthmn.gov. If you wish to speak during the regular meeting, you will have the option to register to do so when you complete the zoom registration. Action Requested: Additional discussion and follow-up from special meeting on August 18 concerning budget and CIP. 2. Background: Council held a special meeting on August 18 to discuss the 2021 Budget and CIP. Council requested additional follow-up items and time for discussion at the August 25 special meeting. If time is available, staff will also provide an overview of CARES funding expended and projected as well as update the Council on outstanding questions. 3. Budget Impact: N/A 4.
