Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a.��s special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M esota wagon the
31st day of Januar__, 1977 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hi lde�cilmmeen—Bunt; Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-61
PROJECT NO. 607 BASS LAKE AREA PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has undertaken certain improvements in the Bass
Lake Area, Project No. 607, and
WHEREAS, as a part of this project, the Pineview sub -trunk sanitary sewer line
was to be constructed across the land described as Plat 43702 Parcel 3000, Section 2;
WHEREAS, in order to construct this sanitary sewer line it is necessary that
certain utility easements be acquired from the owner,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that in consideration of the owner granting the City of Plymouth the
easement shown on Exhibit "A", the owner of land described as Plat 43702 Parcel 3000,
Section 2 shall -
1. Be reimbursed in the amount of $1,000.00 to cover costs of engineering, legal,
etc. services related to said easements.
2. Not be assessed lateral sanitary sewer assessments related to the construction
of the sanitary sewer line across subject property until such time that a
development contract is approved by the City Council.
3. When lateral sanitary sewer assessments are placed on the subject property resulting
from construction under Project No. 607 it shall be at the rate established by
the City Council for Project No. 607 but no accrued interest shall be added to the
established rate until January 1, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byCgunrilmag and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
