Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota- was held on the
31st day of January , 19 77 . The following members were

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-59
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE AT NW CORNER OF WATER TOWER
CIRCLE AND COUNTY ROAD 6 (A-711)
WHEREAS, Commercial Building Maintenance has requested approval of a 9,905 sq. ft.
office/warehouse structure to be located at the northwest corner of Water Tower
Circle and County Road 6;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Commercial Building
Maintenance for site plan approval of a 9,905 sq. ft. office/warehouse structure to be
located at the northwest corner of Water Tower Circle and County Road 6 subject to
the folloiwng conditions:
1. Compliance with provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum of January 11, 1977
regarding this project.
2. No outside storage of supplies, equipment, waste or waste containers.
3. All site areas disturbed by construction shall be seeded or sodded.
4. Payment of Paik Dedication fees -in -lieu of $1,085,(2.17 acres X $500/acre) to
the City prior to building permit issuance.
5. Provision of performance security equalling 150% of the cost of site improvements
and termed for 18 months, to be provided the City prior to building permit issuance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by o a Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following in aver ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils.

I, Loretta Garrity, the duly appointed, qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of
Plymouth, and State of Minnesota do hereby certify that bids were received, opened and
tabulated according to law by the Commissioner of Transportation or his representative on
the 20th day of January 1977 and the following named contractors:
C.S. McCrossan, Inc. $1,452,362.57
Duininck Bros. & Gilchrist $1,501,692.55
Northern Contracting Company $1,504,216.20
Hardrives, Inc. $1,530,986.31
Shafer Contracting Company $1,551,653.45
Progressive Contractors, Inc. $1,589,020.40
M.G. 4stleford Company, Inc. $1,611,470.94
submitted bids for the furnishing of all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary
for the construction of the work provided for under plans and specifications for that
improvement known as S. P. No. 155-010-01, S.P. 27-606-04, M 5400 (5) & M 5154 (2) located
between 0.19 Mi. N of CSAH 6 in Plymouth and Shadyway Road in Wayzata; and between 0.19 Mi.
of T.H. 101 and 0.19 Mi. E. of T.N. 101 in Plymouth being approximately 1.8 miles in length.
The bid of C.S. McCrossan, Inc. in the amount of $1,452,362.57 appeared to be the lowest
bid received, subject to final audit. and on motion by Councilman Spaeth
and seconded by Councilman Hunt it was
voted by said City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota to recommend to the Commissioner of
Transportation, as Agent for said City, that said contract be awarded to the lowest responsible
bidder.
