Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, R special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was held on the

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-58
EXTENDING VALIDITY OF RESOLUTION i76-584 REGARDING SITE PLAN AND -CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT APPROVAL OF LITTLE PENINSULA PROJECT FOR MEDICINE LAKE ROUSING
GROUP (A-186)
WHEREAS, the City Council, on October 5, 1976 adopted Resolution i76-584;
AND, WHEREAS, said resolution by condition ill provides for said resolution to become
null and void after December 31, 1976 if certain activities have not been commenced;
AND, WHEREAS, the Council finds that significant progress has been made toward beginning
said activities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does amend the provisions of the resolution #76-584
condition ill to provide an extension of time to commence the stated activities to
March 1, 1977. Thereafter, said resolution shall become null and void as provided
therein.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
