Pursuant to due call aru notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
31st day of January , 1977. The following members were

Councijman Hunte introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 56
VACATION OF EASEMENTS
ASPLUND'S OAKWOOD SHORES
WHEREAS, the plat of Asplund's Oakwood Shores included certain utility easements,
WHEREAS, the City Council has concluded that these easements are not required
in their current location,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the utility easement described as follows is hereby vacated:
The 20 foot utility easement running northwesterly and
southeasterly through Lots 9 and 10, Block 1, Asplund's
Oakwood Shores according to the plat thereof on file and
of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for
Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CPuqd ]MAP in and upon vote being taken thereon, the
