Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-54
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR 1977
FOR HOT FISH SHOP, INC.
WHEREAS, Mr. Wayne Westgor, Mr. Harry Gustafson, Mr. Jeffry Gustafson and
Mr. Charles Stewart, officers of the Hot Fish Shop, Inc., have requested
the issuance of an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License, and
WHEREAS, Messrs. Westgor, Gustafson, Gustafson and Stewart and the Hot Fish
Shop, Inc. have met the requirements of Chapter 3, Section 4, of the City Code
concerning the issuance of said On -Sale Liquor License, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Code, a public hearing was properly
noticed and held on January 31, 1977 concerning the issuance of an On -Sale
License to the Hot Fish Shop, Inc. located at the northwest corner of State
Highway 55 and Fernbrook Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that this Council does hereby approve the issuance of
an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to the Hot Fish Shop, Inc. for the
purpose of selling intoxicating liquor at retail for consumption on the
premises of the Hot Fish Shop, Inc., located at 3005 Harbor Lane, effective
February 1, 1977 to expire on January 31, 1977, subject to the appropriate
laws of the United States, the State of Minnesota, the ordinances and regulations
of the City of Plymouth, and the rules and regulations of the Liquor Control
Commissioner of the State of Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byCouncilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
