Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnesota was held on the
17th day of _ January , 1977 . The following members were
present: Ma or Hilde Councilmen Hunt nd Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-53
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR BRIDGE REPLACEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has, as part of its state aid street system,
Fernbrook Lane from County Road 9 to T.H. 55, and
WHEREAS, this is an important route in the City's overall transportation
system, and
WHEREAS, the future upgrading of this roadway will necessitate the removal
and replacement of the existing bridge on Fernbrook Lane at the Plymouth
Creek crossing,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Engineer is authorized to submit to the
Department of Transportation an application for grant under Chapter 339,
Laws of Minnesota 1976, for the Fernbrook Lane bridge in Plymouth, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by �cuncilman Hunt.. , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
