Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was held on the

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 52
RENEWAL OF GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for Gasoline Service Station
Licenses from the parties listed below, in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 13 of the City Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Buildiag Inspection Department has inspected the gasoline
station sites for general appearance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the Gasoline Service Station Licenses for the business
establishments listed below are hereby approved for the period January 1,
1977 through December 31, 1977.
Bud's Texaco
Holiday Station Stores, Inc.
d.b.a. Holiday #139
H. C. Mayer & Son, Inc.
Plymouth E=Qual
Plymouth Village Automotive, Inc.
Walt's Oakwood "66" Service
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass adopted.
