Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 50
APPROVAL OF TAXICAB DRIVERS LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has received applications for Taxicab Drivers
Licenses from the following listed persons, in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 8 of the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the following list of persons be granted Taxicab Drivers
Licenses for a period to expire December 31, 1977.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CpuncilmagHurt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted inav—ar- ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
