Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 49
APPROVAL OF TAXICAB VEHICLE LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, Town Taxi has requested a Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity for the purposes of operating twenty-seven (27) taxicabs in the
City of Plymouth, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 8 of the City
Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is hereby
granted to Town Taxi, Inc. for 1977 for the operation of twenty-seven (27)
taxicabs.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the taxicab licenses for the vehicles listed
below are hereby approved.

by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
