Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rmeeting of

Counqilm4n Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-48
APPROVING REVISED PLYMOUTH EMERGENCY PLAN
WHEREAS, as part of the City's overall Civil Defense Program an Emergency
Plan was approved by the City Council in October, 1974, and
WHEREAS, this plan has now been revised by the Civil Defense Director to
bring it into conformance with Federal Civil Defense standards and
requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVES BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City of Pl;rmouth Emergency Plan and the appendixes thereto
is hereby approved and that a copy of said plan be filed with Chapter II,
Section 9 in the office, of the City Clerk.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken 'hereon the
fol lowing voted in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth
'the rollowing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass .
