Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 77-47
APPROVING LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND LOCAL 49 I.U.O.E.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has negotiated a tentative aoreement with
representatives of Local 49, International Union of Operating Engineers
representing certain employees of the City of Plymouth and recommended
Council approval of this three-year agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Mayor and Vanager be authorized and directed
to execute the three-year contract between the City of Plymouth and Local 49,
International Union of Operating Engineers. representing certain employees of
the City of Plymouth for the period January 1. 1977 throuqh December 31, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by hlaynr F{i , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votedin favor t -hereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt and S aP h

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
