Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-45
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO DEVELOPMENT AND FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR
RAUENHORST CORPORATION (A-674)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for Rauenhorst
Corporation by Resolution #77- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it shrild and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to development and filing of said lot division/consolidation:
I. No development or use shall be initiated upon the northerly 140 feet of
new Parcel B until an amended site plan for Minnesota Toro is approved
reflecting design of said area.
2. Payment of Park Dedication Fees -in -lieu of $525 (1.05 acres X $500 per acre)
be made to the City prior to filing of said lot division/consolidation with
Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byMaWnr 14il and upon vote being taken thereon, the
