The following members were present:- 1 e Councilmen Hund -and Spaeth The following members were sent: Councilmen Neils and Seibold Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #77- 44 APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR RAUENHORST CORPORATION (A-674) WHEREAS, Rauenhorst Corporation has requested a lot division and consolidation of existing platted parcels within the Ciyt of Plymouth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment cor- rections based upon City policy when the division and consolidation are approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcel Lot Block .43950 4400 2 2 43950 1,400 12 2 To be divided and consolidated as follows: Parcel A Addition Circle Star Business Center 1st Circle Star Business Center 1st Lot 12, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center First Addition, and that portion of Lot Block 2 Circle Star Business Center First Addition lying Southerly of a line drawn parallel with and 134 feet Northerly of the South line of said Lot 2, as measured at right angles to said South line. parral R That part of Lot 2, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center First Addition, lying Northerly of a line drawn parallel with and 134 feet Northerly of the South line of said Lot 2, as measured at right angles to said South line. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman S aeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing vote in avor ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
