Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, bEFeisota was helT on the

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 43
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR DELTAK CORPORATION
(A-654)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation/division for Deltak
Corporation by Resolution #77- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions be met
prior to filing of said lot consolidation/division with Hennepin County:
Utility and drainage easements be provided as per the City Engineer along
property lines resulting from consolidation/division.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Council , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following Voted in favorthereof: Mavor Hilde_ Counrilman taunt amt Snaat

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass adopted.
