Pursuant to clue call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 17th day of

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77-42
APPROVING LO'f DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR DELTAK CORPORATION (A-654)
WHEREAS, Jeltak Corporation has requested a division and consolidation of existing
platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C,TY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following div•is;ion and consolidation
and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment cor-
rections based upon City policy when the division and consolidation are approved by
Hennepin County:

To be consolidated and divided into two parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of Lot 2, Bloc, REINHARD INDUSTRIAL PARK, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
lying westerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence easterly on an assumed
bearing of North 89 degrees 14 minutes 02 seconds East along the southerly line
of said Lot 2 a distance of 750.30 feet to the beginning of the line to be described:
thence North 0 degrees 21 minutes 38 seconds West 782.73 feet to the northerly
line of said Lot 2 and there terminating.

That part of Lot 2, Block 1, REINHARD INDUSTRIAL PARK, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
lying easterly . ` the following described line and its northerly and southerly
extensions:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence easterly on an assumed
bearing of North 89 degrees 14 minutes 02 seconds East along the southerly line
of said Lot 2 a distance of 750.30 feet to the beginning of the line to be
described; thence North 0 degrees 21 minutes 38 seconds West 782.73 feet to the
northerly line of said Lot 2 and there terminating.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
