Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION N77- 41
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOME OCCUPATION FOR MARVELLE J. GLOVER (A-704)
WHEREAS. itarvelle J. Glover has requested a conditional use permit for a home occupation
to do custom sewing and alterations within her home located at 1120 Ives Lane;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Marvelle J. Glover
for a conditional use permit for a home occupation to do custom sewing and altera-
tions within her home located at 1120 Ives Lane subject to the following conditions:
No signs be allowed.
2. No on -street parking of customers be allowed.
3. Permit be for one year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Hilde , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in avor thereof: Mayor Hi�_Councilmen Hunt and SnapLI

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. —'
