Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a,regul�ar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M in�-ta was Fe -W on the
17th day of January , 19 77 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #77- 40
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR DENNIS WEESTRAND (A-706)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Dennis Weestrand by Reso-
lution #77- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division with Hennepin County:
1. Dedication of 7 ft. additional right-of-way to a total of 40 feet from the
centerline of Zachary Lane along the full frontage of Zachary Lane (County
Road 73).
2. Park Dedication Fee in the amount of $150.00 be paid to the 'ity prior to
recording.
3. The City Manager is hereby directed to correct the assessment rolls to
reflect 100% of the outstanding special assessment balance distributed to
the 1.7 acre Parcel A.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman S aeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing vo avor ereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed Wd adopted.
