Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION #77- 39
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR DENNIS WEESTRAND (A-706)
WHEREAS, Dennis Weestrand has requested a lot division of his unplatted property
within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following lot division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat ;43736 Parcel 7800
To be divided into two new lots as follows:
Parcel A
The West 349.0 feet of the South 230.0 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22; subject to public highway as conveyed
by deed recorded in Book 64 of Deeds, Page 346 in the office of the Register of Deeds
in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Parcel B
The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22;
except the West 349.0 feet of the South 230.0 feet thereof; subject to public highway
as conveyed by deed recorded in Book 64 of Deeds, Page 346 in the office of the Register
of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owin vote in aver t ereof: _Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth
