Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, mmesota was held on the
17th day of January , 1977 . The following members were
present: Naygr Hjldp- Hunt and Spaeth
The iollowing members were sent: Councilmen Neils and Seibold

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:

SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION.FOR CLEM HENDRICKSON

WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for C1em.Hendrickson
by Resolution #77 -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said division/consolidation with Hennepin County:
1. All new utility connections shall be at owner's expense.
2. Utility and drainage easements needed as per the City Engineer
be given to the City prior to filing of said lot division.
3. Park Dedication fee of $300 be paid to the City prior to filing of said
lot division.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Coji g th and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following us hereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
