APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR CLEM HENDRICKSON (A-620)
WHEREAS: Clem Hendirckson has requested a division/consolidation of existing unplatted
parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and consolidation
and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment cor-
rections based upon City policy when the division/consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County:

the. Southeast corner of the North Half of said Southeast Quarter of the Nortwest Quarter;
thence on an assumed bearing of North a distance of 140 feet; thence South 88 degrees,

minutes West a distance of 255.30 feet; thence South to a point 283 feet West of the
Southeast corner of the North Half of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter;
thence Easterly to the said Southeast corner to the point of beginning. Subject to an
easement for roadway purposes over the Easterly 33.00 feet thereof.
Parcel B
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township
118, Range 22 West of the fifth principal meridian described as follows: Commencing
at the Southeast corner of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter; thence West along the South line thereof a distance of 283 feet to the point
of beginning; thence continuing West along said line for a distance of 287 feet; thence
on an assumed bearing of North and parallel to the East line of said Quarter a distance
of 74.35 feet; thence deflecting right 54 degrees 46 minutes 57 seconds a distance of

400.00 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence East along said

by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votw in Favor reo : Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth
