Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth ,esesota was held on the
17th day of January 1977 . The following members were
present: Mayor Halde. Councilmen Hunt and_Snaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION #77-34
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS TO CONSUMMATE SALE OF OUTLOT A AND BARN TO DREYFUS
CORPORATION (A-379)
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended that barn and
Outlot A of Amber Woods be sold back to the developer, Dreyfus Corporation, as per
their letter of intent dated September 21, 1976;
AND, WHEREAS, the Council has held a hearing concerning the disposition of said
Outlot A and born of Amber Woods on January 17, 1977 and has found said Outlot A to be
excess and no longer required for park purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct that the Mayor and City Manager proceed
to execute such documents as are necessary to consummate the sale of said Outlot A
upon the terms and conditions of the Dreyfus Corporation offer dated September 21,
1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor H'lde , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
toliowing voted in favor ereof: Mayor Hilde and Councilman Spaeth
me totiovn.ng voted against a rxabsuimeds Councilman Hunt
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed aug adopted.
