Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, aT l rr meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Mimeota was held on the
3rd day of January, 1977 . The following members were
present: Mayor e, ounce men Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77- 33
RENEWAL OF OFF SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, the Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses now in operation throughout
the City of Plymouth do hereby expire on January 31, 1977; and
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses
commencing February 1, 1977, for a period of one year, were received from the
parties listed below,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses for a period of one year,
commencing February 1, 1977, are hereby approved for the following:
01 Bass Lake Bottle Shop
11540 County Road 10
KENSHAR, INC., dba Center Liquors
11331 Highway 55
Plymouth Liquors
10730 Highway 55
Party Mart, Inc.
4130 Highway 101 North
Highway Liquor Store
3435 No. County Road 18
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
